Sewing kit

Sewing kitSewing kits are a sewer’s best friend. Of course, if you take a look at the different sewing kits of different sewers, you might find that they can vary greatly. Different sewers like to have different things in their sewing kits. All sewing kits, though, are going to have needle and thread – the color of thread (and gauge) and the size of the needle will vary, though, as will the other items in the sewing kit. You will also find that the sewing kits of sewers are going to be much more elaborate (and larger) than those that you get for free at hotels! If you are thinking of making your own sewing kit, be sure to include needle and thread, safety pins embroidery scissors, buttons, and other sewing items. Of course, if this sewing kit is one that you always travel with, you should also keep in it a toothbrush and dental floss, band-aids, a flashlight, aspirin, and other such items.
